Cowboy Hats
Returns and Exchanges
Cowboy hats purchased through our website are eligible for returns or exchanges. Please note that cowboy hats with custom branding of any type are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. Returns or exchanges can be initiated through your customer account page. If you choose to initiate a return or exchange, the following rules will apply:
- Return/Exchange Timeframe - You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange. After 30 days, your order will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Return/Exchange Shipping - Customers will be sent a pre-paid mailing label to return their item. A flat rate of $8 will be charged for return shipping (this will be charged to your card or deducted from your return amount).
- Return Payment - All eligible returns will be refunded as store credit. When your return is processed, you will be issued a West of Vintage gift card containing your return amount.
- Exchange Timeline - Ordering online can be a challenge. We are happy to provide exchanges to provide the best fit for you. If you would like to exchange your product, please put your new size in the "Note" box on the return request. Please know that exchange timelines will vary based on the amount of product we have in stock. It is possible that your new hat may take another 4-6 weeks to arrive if we do not currently have your size and color in stock. We will communicate expected exchange timeline when your exchange is initiated.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All vintage, secondhand, and handmade item sales are final. Please read the item description and measurements closely before purchasing. Please note that secondhand items have been gently used. Review item description and images for any minor imperfections or flaws.
